Run 50 stores like one.
Or 500.
Multi-site retail loss prevention for UK chains. One shared watchlist, one audit log, one regional view. Every module shares state across every store, so a face flagged at one site is recognised at the others before opening, without cross-store admin work.

Repeat offenders increasingly work multiple sites across multiple operators (BRC trend reporting). QuantumEye delivers real-time AI loss prevention on the cameras you already have, with human review on every consequential action.
Not features. Outcomes.
The conversation with operators in your sector keeps coming back to the same three things.
Estate-wide watchlist
A face flagged at one site is automatically recognised at every site in your estate, without cross-store admin work.
Regional brief, morning of
Yesterday across your region: which stores spiked, which dropped, which had incidents, which need a visit today. Ranked and on your phone first thing, before the day starts.
Cross-store BI
Which stores cluster at fresh food. Which at the bakery. Which at wine. Same products, different stores, different promotions, driven by what the cameras have been quietly seeing.
Five moments. The whole platform at work.
A composite day tuned to your sector. Each card names the QuantumEye module(s) in play, so you can see how the features come together to solve the operational problems that actually show up in your stores.
Start with these four. Add the rest as you scale.
Your sector has a typical priority order. Here's where we'd start.
"One face is one record. The estate is the unit, not the store."
What the platform is designed to do for operators in your sector. We're in pilot, quotes below are anonymised feedback from pilot retailers.
“One face is one record. The estate is the unit, not the store.”
Questions operators in your sector ask.
What is multi-site retail loss prevention and how does it differ from a single-store system?
Single-store loss prevention treats each shop in isolation, so a repeat offender caught at one site is a stranger at the next. Multi-site retail loss prevention treats the estate as the unit: the watchlist, audit log and reporting are shared, so what one store sees is known across the others. QuantumEye is designed so a face flagged at one site is recognised at every site in your estate, without manual cross-checking. It runs on the IP cameras you already own (RTSP / ONVIF), so there is no rip-and-replace as you roll out.
How does a shared banned-persons watchlist work across all our stores?
When a person is added to the watchlist at one store, the recognition module surfaces them as a candidate match at every store in your estate. Recognition is not identification: a match raises a candidate, and a human reviews it before any action is taken, so the platform proposes and a person disposes. Face data is stored separately from video with an append-only audit log and UK/EU data residency, which is how the shared watchlist stays GDPR-compliant at scale. You can read more on the face recognition module page.
Can our area and regional managers get a daily brief across the stores they cover?
Yes. Each morning the platform can put a regional brief on an area manager's phone: which stores spiked or dropped yesterday, which had incidents, and which need a visit today, ranked for the region they own. It draws on the same camera-derived signals as cross-store business intelligence, so the patterns are consistent across sites. See the business analytics module for how those signals are built.
How do you roll QuantumEye out across an estate of 50 or 500 stores?
A first-store pilot is typically live in around two weeks, fully featured, and can run against your own anonymised incident history so you see how it performs on your own footage before committing to the estate. Larger rollouts come under the Estate tier, which includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager, a quarterly business review and enterprise support arrangements scoped per estate. We run a dedicated kickoff covering the rollout schedule, role-based access review, region taxonomy and integration with your existing tooling. Pricing is scoped per estate by camera count and module mix on a 12-month contract with no setup fee; the pricing page has the detail.
Will multi-site loss prevention fix all of our shrinkage?
No, and we are candid about that. Shrinkage is a basket of four things, external theft, internal theft, admin error and supplier fraud, and AI on CCTV addresses external theft and the till-adjacent slice of internal theft only; it does not fix admin error or supplier fraud. QuantumEye detects, flags and evidences incidents so a human can act, across every store in your estate; it does not physically stop theft on its own. For the wider picture of what this software does and does not cover, see our AI loss prevention buyer's guide.
The Estate tier comes with a CSM, an SLA, and a rollout plan.
For larger estates we run a dedicated kickoff: rollout schedule, RBAC review, region taxonomy, integration with your existing tooling. Tell us about your estate and we'll come back with a costed plan.
