Manage who should be where. From the dashboard, in seconds.

Trusted-visitor and staff whitelist for retail face recognition. Staff, VIPs, suppliers, contractors, group-level access rules. Enrol in seconds from the dashboard; by the time the contractor finishes their first job, they walk in like everybody else tomorrow.

What it does

Four groups. Per-store control. Enrolment in seconds.

Granular access without manual badge management. Staff doesn't trigger an alert when they walk through goods-in. Suppliers do.

01

Group-level access rules

Managers, floor staff, suppliers, contractors, VIPs, each group has its own zones, hours, and alert behaviour.

02

Enrol in seconds

New face, no whitelist? From the alert in the dashboard, the manager enrols on the spot and picks the group. Well under a minute, photo included.

03

Up to 5 reference photos per profile

One primary photo, up to four supporting angles. Recognition accuracy improves with each additional reference image.

How it works

Separate index. Separate rules. Same architecture.

The whitelist face index lives separately from the banned-individuals index. Different retention. Different access controls. Same GDPR rigour.

ENROL

Tap, photo, group, done

From the alert, the camera dashboard, or the bulk import. Profile + photo + group assignment. Vectors built and indexed in seconds.

SCOPE

Per-store, per-group

A 'Managers' group at Store A is not the same Managers group at Store B. Multi-store estates can share or scope per location.

RETIRE

Off-board in one tap

Staff member leaves, contractor finishes the job. One tap on the profile retires it. Vectors soft-deleted on the standard retention schedule.

Live example

Morning open, two contractors walk in behind a store manager. Enrolled before they start the job.

Illustrative scenario. Fridge-maintenance contractors are flagged on arrival as unknown faces. The manager enrols both from the dashboard while her coat's off. Tomorrow they walk in like everybody else.

Consent recorded at enrolment · retained for the duration of engagement

Pairs well with

GDPR & accuracy

Consent-led. Retention-bounded. Retirement on tap.

Whitelist enrolment requires a consent workflow, the person being enrolled must agree. The consent record is part of the profile.

01

Consent recorded at enrolment

Every whitelist profile has a recorded consent, when, by whom, with what photo. Available for audit.

02

Retention follows employment, not the default

Whitelist face data is retained for the duration of employment / engagement. On retirement, soft-deleted on the standard schedule.

03

Right to withdraw

Anyone whitelisted can request withdrawal at any time. Profile is retired immediately, vectors soft-deleted.

No more badge management. No more 'who is this?' alerts.

Try the enrolment flow live in the demo. The whole journey, face flagged, profile created, group assigned, takes under 30 seconds.
