Do I need to be a security company to partner?
No. Installers, IT and EPOS resellers, systems integrators and multi-site operators all fit. What matters is that you have retail relationships and want to add AI loss prevention to what you offer.
Who owns the customer and the data?
You keep the customer relationship. On data, the deploying retailer is normally the controller and QuantumEye is the processor. Depending on how you operate under your own brand, you may also carry controller or joint-controller obligations of your own, so we agree who sits where in writing. Face data stays separate from video, human review is always required, and neither side treats this page as legal advice.
What does 'white-label' actually cover?
It ranges from a co-branded resale to your brand on the portal and the mobile app for committed partners. We start most partners on referral or co-brand and open up full white-label as the relationship grows.
Is there a cost to join?
No cost to apply and no upfront fee to join the founding cohort. Commercials are agreed per partner. This is an early programme, so we are looking for partners to build it with, not fees.
