How is pricing structured?+
Quotes are scoped per estate, based on camera count, module mix, contract length, and whether you need standard or enterprise support. We don't publish per-camera rates because what's right for one operator is wrong for another. Book a 20-minute call and we'll come back with a costed proposal in 48 hours.
Do I have to switch every module on?+
No. Modules are switchable per store. A flagship store can run the whole platform; a smaller site can run only Face Recognition + After-Hours Guard. Mix and match.
Do you sell the cameras?+
No. QuantumEye runs on the IP cameras you already own (RTSP / ONVIF compatible). We're a software platform, not a hardware vendor.
Is there a setup fee or minimum commitment?+
No setup fee. Minimum 12-month contract. Pilots are 30 days, typically one store, fully featured. Pilot pricing is bespoke, bring your scope to a call.
What's the typical payback period?+
For many convenience stores, shrinkage savings alone can justify the cost. The Pulse side (footfall, queue alerts, daily brief) adds operational uplift on top. We'll model your specific payback in the quote.
