Not the service agreement

This is our marketing website. These terms govern the website only. They do not govern the QuantumEye platform or any of our products or services, which are provided under separate written agreements, including customer agreements and data processing agreements, entered into directly with each customer.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract for our services is formed by using the site or submitting an enquiry. Content on the site is provided for general information only. It is not legal, compliance, security or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such.

Changes to these terms and to the site

We may amend these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Every time you use the site, please check these terms to make sure you understand the version that applies.

We may also update, change or remove content on the site at any time. We do not promise that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for business or operational reasons.

Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, use it to send unsolicited communications, or use it in any way that breaks any applicable law or regulation.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers on which it is hosted, or any connected system or database, and you must not attempt to interfere with or bypass any of its security features.

Accuracy of information

Some material on the site, including certain scenarios and demonstration footage, is illustrative and is marked as such. It shows how the product is designed to work rather than the results any particular customer will get.

We are an early-stage company and our product is developing. Statements on the site about planned features, roadmap items or future performance are forward-looking and may change without notice.

Where the site contains links to other websites or resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. They should not be read as approval or endorsement by us of those sites or of anything you may find on them.
